Sorry, that it’s taken so long but the internet connection we were using/borrowing apparently is no longer around. Right now we walk up to the library, or in tonight’s case the USO office and snag their wireless connection.

Well we have found a house! YAY! We move in at the end of this week. We also have our “hooptie” car. It’s a 1994 Alfa Romeo (pronounced ro-mayo). It’s ok, but we think we will get a new car after Geno gets back from his deployment. I will have pictures up of our new house and I suppose our mode of transportation in a week or so. Our household goods won’t be here until mid-June.

Like the title says it is wickedly hot and humid here. There really is no point of taking a shower until night. You walk outside and you are immediately covered in moisture.

Tomorrow Geno and I are having a “date” day. Derrick is watching X while Geno and I head downtown to check out the city. Geno has already been down last week and swears I need to go. He even found a maternity store for me, isn’t that sweet!

Things are slowly getting to somewhat sane times, it will be better once we move into the house, our household goods get here and we get a routine going.

Well, that is all I have time to write for now. I will write more once we get settled and I can post pictures.
