Well we FINALLY have internet in our house. It’s been 3 weeks in the making but finally all our ducks lined up just right and it was turned on today.

Our household goods come on Monday! I can’t wait to sleep in our own bed Monday night and get this house feeling like a home, rather then a place to stay.

Geno was gone most of this week doing a training mission at the airbase north of here. He got home yesterday and luckily has a 4 day weekend. Monday he only has to go in for PT then he’s coming home to be with me when the packers come.

We had some issues with our car which turned out not to be as bad as we first thought…well I should say not as bad as the 1st opinion from the car care center gave us. Luckily, the people at the Auto Skills Center were looking out for me and good ole Sergio took great care of me! To bad in the mean time we got a hotel, rental and a tow. The tow was because our brakes COMPELTELY went out as the boys and I were driving home. Luckily no one was coming the other ways and we arrived at home safely, just a little shaken.

Geno goes on block leave on the 1st and we are planning a few small sight seeing vacations.

Xavier starts the preschool program on July 15th and hopefully will be in the preK program in September.

Derrick, of course, got promoted to the 8th grade! He went on a trip to an amusement park this week and is going on a 4 day trip to Croatia later this summer. He has adjusted pretty well.

I’m doing pretty well. I was stressed quite a bit with all the car issues since Geno wasn’t here to help but I got through it and am pretty proud of myself. Pat on the back for me!

Now that we have internet I should be able to update this webpage more often.
